Charles Yoste is amazing! We were under contract to buy a house and the sellers decided to try to break the contract. I walked into Mr. Yoste’s office and he reviewed my contract. He asked me several questions and then told me “I want you to go home and email the sellers and tell them if they don’t sell you this house, I’ll sue them.” We did that and the next day the sellers told us “We are getting a lawyer too.” The day after they got a lawyer, they emailed us and told us “We will sell you the house.” Apparently their lawyer quickly realized Charles Yoste was correct and they had no case! Yoste charged me a very reasonable amount for his legal services and contract review. He got me to closing and is a very honorable person. The sellers were not honorable but they quickly learned don’t mess with Charles Yoste!
