Brice Wiggins was one of worst Attorneys I’ve ever witnessed. He doesn’t communicate, makes deal with the DA without informing you. ( Was trying to force me into a misdemeanor plea) A real puppet for the courts. Do NOT trust him with your case. After years of a pending felony he still has yet to get it resolved then withdraws off the case with no reason or warning the day before trial is set. Go elsewhere for your legal advice. Especially if you’re facing felony criminal charges. Filing a complaint with the bar association against Wiggins and his law firm.
Brice Wiggins was one of worst Attorneys I’ve ever witness in my case. I’ve been around great Attorneys in my 30 years of law Enforcement but Brice is at the top. He doesn’t communicate, he makes decisions without informing you, he also makes deals with the opposing side without your knowledge, he loses important documents and charges you for it. He tell’s you he’s going to do something for you and then it changes during trial. He looks down upon you when it’s not enough money to his standard. I hope no one else has to go through what me and family experienced.
Jeff Rimes was my attorney and I can’t express what an amazing job he did. While the other attorney yelled and bullied me while I cried, Jeff Rimes spoke with the same tone and respect to everyone in court that day. He was successful at getting the other party to admit perjury on the stand, something I never thought possible. I highly recommend him and will always be thankful he was my attorney through such an awful ordeal.
