My mother-in-law and I walked in to possibly hire her to help us get her name on the deed to her late husband’s house. We didn’t get to speak to the actual attorney but her receptionist was quite possibly the rudest individual I’ve ever met! She gave us paperwork to fill out then acted like she didn’t want us in her office filling it out there! Never mind we had driven from Alabama to go to another appointment. I asked a question and she snapped at me ”what do you mean?” We left the office so angry! A bad receptionist will cost you business every time! And that’s exactly what happened today! If you hire someone that nasty, I wouldn’t let you represent me for free!
