We had a verbal agreement. I should’ve recorded the phonecall. Because you don’t record yours. I made a commitment attempted to schedule a consultation and was willing to pay up front. And while one of your staff members was incredibly patient and kind her ability to speak english inhibited her ability to understand how to spell my name. I respectfully asked for an individual who could help me. Who was a very good english speaker but incredibly impatient and was cutting me off halfway through my sentences. You can lie to yourself all you want.But at least you compelled me to write these reviews in spite of the fact that I was more than willing to give you my business.But your stubbornness and lack of accountability saved me 300$ glory to god!
