Wow! I have never been treated so poorly. The closing agent was extremely rude and in front of my daughter no less. It was like she was ungrateful that we were doing business with the company. Horrible experience. Michelle Krause treated me worse than scum. What should have been a celebratory experience left me depressed and dejected and my daughter did not appreciate the attitude as well, which is disappointing as I am training my 14 year old daughter about business and this to say the least was a very unpleasant experience for her. If I could give half a star I would.
