I Used this firm for my bankruptcy case. Kirsten was of great help and her entire team. started in SEPT. needed to not be able to make credit card payments for 90 days, hired them in DEC and it took until April for new laws to pass and to qualify for Full debt forgiveness. They were amazing and followed up every month. Final case was completed in April and MAY deposition. Final release of DEBT was July 29 . I would defintely refer this firm to my friends and Family. I started the bankruptcy in October of 2022 and still in the process and no case number. I been calling with the promises of call backs and leaving voicemails asking for updates on my case. No response as of yet. I’ve been impacted by the debt companies that I’m trying to resolve with through the bankruptcy due to them not giving me a case number. Kerri has great customer service when we speak. It’s getting to that point is the challenge. I feel like she isn’t getting my messages. I gave an extra star for Kerri’s service… give her raise.
