My father before his death used Mr. Smith regularly. I remember how much Mr. Smith overcharged him and how he did the bare minimum to help. That same lack of quality was present in the cases of myself when I needed assistance with my SSI. (Though credit where it is due, he did admit to not knowing the law. And that is more on my grandmother for trying to force him.) Though his allowing the statute of limitations to run out on the wreck my grandparents suffered through in the year of 2017 was very much his fault. Something he fought us on and hid from us until it was too late. We attempted to sue his insurance and received very little in compensation. As we made the mistake of trusting Rufus Alldredge.
