My son started a case with The Gulfport location a year ago, and after a year he still has not gotten any further than day one. He cam not get the location to return his calls. It takes weeks to get his assignment attorney to call him back after he leaves multiple messages. The attorney told him that she has been assigned way to many cases and can mot handle the work load. If they can not handle the cases why take any more until they get the work load down. He would use another attorney, but he does not want to start the whole process over. This has been a really bad experience for him.

I had an accident that will be a year from on Sunday, a pedestrian vs vehicle in which I was almost killed on 49. My kids mom initiated the process, intake over the phone was easy peasy, did my orthopedic intake, physical therapy for a slight tear in ACL was a joke.

Ambulance chasers that ghost you and hardly return phone calls. Customer service is awful too
