I completed an online request for legal assistances. I never received an electronic response. After several weeks, I called and left a voice mail message. I heard nothing. A friend encouraged me to make one more call. Which I did and again no response. When you call the office number you only have the ability to leave a message rather than speaking with a person. Although, Ms. Prince was recommended by 3 persons of good professional standing, I will not be able to recommend her to anyone in the future. Communication or the lack of is a deal breaker. I would have even appropriated a verbal decline rather than silence.
