Maloney-Lyons Personal Injury & Car Accident Lawyers

A year ago I was injured in a fall in a public access location in Orange Beach. This injury has had a significant impact on my current as well as future quality of life. Because of that fact and the associated costs to me I decided to consult with an attorney who handles personal injury matters. I spoke to a few acquaintances and determined I needed to talk to a firm whose practice focuses exclusively on personal injuries. I decided to start with David J Maloney as I was favorably impressed with the creativity of his tv commercials but more importantly the message of service philosophy he conveyed. Unlike so many law firms he actually calls you back and screens the case, just as he claims. He listened to my facts and concerns and took the case immediately. A paralegal was assigned to assist in gathering information and receipts. Everyone I spoke with at his office was very nice, friendly but professional. Once we got to the point of resolving this matter and Mr. Maloney began negotiations for a settlement, he called me nearly nightly to give me a detailed report. He believed in my case and set a goal for me in terms of compensation to cover my costs as well as a reasonable “pain and suffering” amount to help me go forward with treatment/therapy options not covered by insurance. I was satisfied with the settlement. I find some of the injury attorneys who advertise settlement $$ amounts for past cases troubling since these ads lack context and can be misleading to consumers. Mr. Maloney never misled me nor created unrealistic expectations. I recommend this firm for potential plaintiffs in their service area who suffered an injury due to another’s negligence. My dealings were solely with David Maloney so I can only comment on his professional demeanor. He is funny, courteous, listens (even though he talks a mile a minute), technically skilled in his area of law, and most of all he is RESPONSIVE, the greatest trait of all. I highly recommend him and his firm.
