So I hired these people to get custody of my son, all they did was lie, and line their pockets. I spent close to 3 grand to retain and serve my babymomma. They kept telling me and my family they are waiting on the judge for the court date, when the court date was in the papers that got served to my babymomma. My best friend called asked me why wasn’t I in court, for my kid. BECAUSE THEY LIED THE WHOLE TIME THEY LIED ABOUT THE COURT DATE. Then gonna tell me that their will be more court dates more hearings so I believed them like a dumbass, the judge signed off on my court order in August of 2024. My babymomma started talking about child support in November, come to find out they edited my copy of the court order, to make it seem like it worked out in my favor then copied and pasted my signature onto the court order that the judge signed off on causing me to be 3 months late on my child support. THEN GONNA ACT LIKE ITS NOT THEIR FAULT THAT IM 3 MONTHS LATE ON CHILD SUPPORT, AND TELL ME THEY ARE PRETTY MUCH DONE WITH MY CASE! WHILE ALL THIS WAS GOING ON THEY NEVER ANSWERED THEIR PHONE OR WAS NEVER IN THEIR OFFICE, SO EVERY TIME I NEEDED HELP QUESTIONS OR UNSURE ABOUT SOME STUFF I HAD TO DRIVE 2 HOURS JUST TO GET ANSWERS AND LIES. FIRST AND LAST LAYWER I WILL TRUST!!!!
Hired bobby vance to sue an old roommate for rent that was owed to me, drove 2 hours to meet them to talk (every tho we could have done this over the phone), emailed them the proof like they asked, and haven’t heard from them in 2 months. They NEVER return phone calls when trying to talk about my case. I hired them in October or November of 2024.
