Mr. Arrigoni was one of my “evaluators” for my SENE in my custody case in 2020. He wasn’t as bad as the other evaluator but what it boils down to is he was biased (taking the father’s side regardless just because he’s the father), did not listen to the evidence my lawyer and I had regarding my ex’s records of abuse, and ultimately “recommended” 50/50 parenting time. Luckily my case did not turn out with 50/50, but rather I have sole legal and physical custody of my son with no parenting time for my ex (up to my discretion). My ex doesn’t pay support, hasn’t seen our child in almost 2 years now, and has not even reached out to inquire about our son since early January 2021. It’s astounding to me how these “professionals” cannot see through these abusers’ façades when they’ve been practicing so long.
