Very disappointed with experience in setting up a trust. It took longer than expected. They never followed through on transferring an out of state property into the trust. He was to get a local , licensed attorney in that state to do this, but after 18 months, I gave up on him and got it done myself. If I hadn’t been monitoring the situation, there could have been a problem in the future. I must question their professionalism when a matter like this fails to get handled in a timely fashion.
