I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to James. My son is now 21 and I started my child support journey with James when he was 4. My son’s dad has never paid monthly so James has been by my side helping me get large chunks of his back pay every couple years throughout my son’s life. Those chunks always helped my son in a big way (ie: toward buying him a car, college tuition, etc.) and without James, those things just wouldn’t have been possible. It was so nice to have a lawyer that always had our backs in times of need.

I chose Mr. Capra (defense) over others that I had research for many reasons but first and foremost he is a father that cares about doing what is right for children. From the first meeting he showed his interest in me as his client already doing the due diligence of reviewing my case (divorce decree was finalized a year earlier when I worked with a different attorney) to get a preliminary understanding before we even spoke. Over the course of six months, I worked with Mr. Capra as he used his +30 years of excellence as a family law attorney to listen to my requests to formulate my defense. In addition, Mr. Capra went above and beyond where he would meet with me upon my request in person even on weekends.
