I reached out to John back in 2014 to help get my dad’s (then 85 years old) paperwork in order. John is incredibly knowledgable, fair, quick with thoughtful responses and thorough. He is also very kind and patient. Our main goal was to do the best we could to avoid any type of probate and John expertly guided us through the entire process. We created a will, revocable trust, health care directive, durable POA etc. We had exactly what we needed, and nothing more. He never tried to “sell” us anything.
