I second Mel Corral’s review from 1 month ago. Dr Petersen is an excellent medical doctor; however, the sluggish performance of the medical office personnel (in general) and lack of attention to detail or sense of urgency is unsettling, if not dangerous at times. Due to this, I will sadly have to seek out a new provider
Dr Jeff P himself is no doubt a good primary care provider what is not so good about is the clinic itself and the staff where its so impossible to reach out to them over the phone that me and my husband must go in person to their clinic just to make an appointment their only reason is that system has been hacked and its not yet fully fixed til now and its been a year lol
Dr Petersen is the BEST! My husband and I have bern going to him for many years. He’s kind and listens and does his best to find the best cure for our ailments.
