Very very rude on every encounter. When my mother passed away, she didn’t even offer her condolences. She then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t talk to me because I was not listed as the personal representative even though I knew I was. She complained about how many times my mom changed her will. She showed me a copy of the will which I knew was not current. I had to go home and go through my mom’s paper work to find the correct version. Even though Leanne is the one that drew up the papers and signed them, she didn’t even have a copy in her office. Had I not found the paperwork, she would have given the duties to up the wrong person. She neven even apologize. Then she actually argued with me that i would still get a bill for that visit even though she didn’t do anything for me because of her error. When i told her i would go to someone higher above her if i got a bill, she said” good luck with that, i own the company”. Took my business elsewhere.
She is very knowledgeable in here professional field.
