Quoted for the work, but couldn’t complete the review of all the documentation in the time requested. Did partial review of documentation in my opinion but charged the full fees (felt response was not proportionate to the time that was supposed to invested for the work). Kept reminding to send copy of email discussions and fees charged but never responded. Very hard to get hold off for a timely response, over-commits (himself admits), and does not deliver on promise as runs short of time in disguise of other high priority work that was not made aware of during commitment and fees discussion. You pay for quality, thoroughness, and timeliness but felt short on all.
Maybe Dennis was a good lawyer 2 years ago when most of these reviews were written, but we had an initial visit 2 months ago, his response had been non-existent, we are very disappointed. We really liked him at the first meeting, but since then,pretty much nothing, takes weeks to get a response.
