We met with Chad Miller, but first, we had to cancel twice. There were no hrumphs or complaints. Each time, we were rescheduled with a cordial response by the person scheduling.

I really appreciated her ability to work with me as a human being and someone who understands first hand family life constraints – for example, after I paid my retainer I was in a tough financial situation and she helped me work through my situation as I was able to set up a contract for monthly payments to keep the process moving. She was also very frank with me about what the potential outcomes could be – I really appreciated that while she was supportive, encouraging, and confident, she also didn’t sugar coat things and give me false promises. All the support and kindness I received from others working at this firm helped me through this as well.
