I had JJ and Crystal represent me in two different family law issues over the last three years. JJ will bring you into the firm at first, then over a few months time he will slowly disappear from your case and Crystal will be handling everything. After this occurs you will never talk to JJ again, even though he will be listed as your attorney. JJ will not return your calls or meet with you and stays shielded behind his staff. Crystal does not always have your best interest in mind. She is not a good listener and has a strong opinion that she is always right. Often times you will be forced to work late at night on your case and not during normal business hours. Often times when there was a filing deadline to meet the work would start only a few hours before it had to be filed, leading to mistakes. In court, Crystal has a difficult time articulating what she wants to say. Often you will hear about how busy she is and that she doesn’t have time for your file. When she does have time for you she will intentionally keep you on the phone longer than necessary to keep the clock running. Crystal will not apologize or admit she made a mistake to you. You will get pressure to pay your bill the day it comes and far before it is due. I would not recommend JJ or Crystal for family law services. I regret spending three years with them and losing nearly every aspect of my cases.
