I was searching for a lawyer near me who could help modify my divorce decree and child support case. He initially appeared helpful and looked up our most recent court order. However, it was short lived once I informed him we had not previously used lawyers as I was on public assistance at the time (I was a full time graduate student working 2 jobs and raising my 3 children with very little assistance from their father). Upon learning that he quickly became rude, his tone changed and the kindness in his voice was gone. I finally asked him whether he thought he could help me or not, to which he replied “no, you should probably just call around”. Obviously, Tim made an assumption about who I was and clearly allows his own bias and prejudice to impact his interactions with potential clients. I have never been more offended when seeking the support of a professional, especially one I will be paying well to represent me. Based on how he treated me I would not trust his ability to advocate for me or my children’s best interest.
Best lawyer ever… Tim is very knowledgeable. Tim pays attention to every little detail. Tim has morals and integrity. He knows my case as well as I do and cares as much as I do. He isn’t all about the money like other lawyers he is about justice and what is right.
Tim represented my brother in a very complex custody dispute. Tim provided excellent guidance and advice during the multi-year process. He also represented my brother during the divorce trial.
