If I could post zero stars, I would. How can you rate someone who goes weeks without returning phone calls, then when she finally calls back, it’s only to say she was too busy to complete work she promised weeks ago? I understand being busy and getting behind, but communicate! Legal services are not something you drop the ball on. People’s lives are on hold!
