David and his team had my back from day one. Every step in the process was clearly explained to me and when I had questions about stuff I didn’t understand they explained it to me in terms I could understand. I highly recommended David for any workers comp consultation, even if you think there’s nothing you can do.

After being injured on the job in front of terminal manager, dock supervisor and 2 other workers I went to Dr. that company had account with. at that time i was put on restrictions and was given physical therapy. This all started on November16th of 2022. I did all the things that the Dr. wanted went back and he told me that he wanted to take me off of my restrictions for 30 days then reevaluate my injury. That happened first week of 2023. gave paper work to my manager and went back to my normal duties on February 4th of 2023 at which time the Dr. put me on permanent restrictions. At this time my employer told me there was nothing i could do there so i should go home. My manager at that time told me “off the record” go to the dr. and have my restrictions lifted and i could come back.

Won my case and I didn’t pay a dime up front. Non judgemental and extremely kind. Even apologetic when necessary.
