Do Not hire this law firm!! You will get screwed!! They found me on the Internet looking for a lawyer called me up an were willing to help, but as time went on I was unsure who the hell he was representing me or my husbands estate or the other party that filed against me and then backed out , he at first was representing me and then told me he wouldn’t be in court with me, he would be for my husband’s estate! Confusing!!! It’s time to retire Charpentier you screwed me over an now have a judgement of 5,000 against me from you and the bank screwed me over as well. Hired charpenteir and Lange for a family case. I am leaving this review true and accurate as possible. I do not know personally Mr charpenteir and as I know he had no hand in my case Gregory Lange was the attorney covering my case. Basically things started out fine. As they should Greg was representing me well up until it came to the deal between me and the. Mother. Everything was signed submitted with the court or so I thought until we went back to court when I found out Greg did not serve the judge which caused the deal to get thrown out he then rescinded from the case and sued me for a remaining balance 14000 dollars for a result that probably would have been better had i represented myself. Deal was joint what I got was bare minimum and Greg has made no effort to resolve this issue filed a complaint with bbb and bar
I wouldve been better off representing myself or not having a male as a lawyer. Confused as to who he was actually representing, me or the adverse party ffs. Spent way too much money against my non-repr3sented incompetent ex. Ex lied under oath and still walked away with everything.
