About a week ago I reached out to them using the form on their website explaining who I am and the issue I have. No response ever from them. I understand that people are busy, but to never get a response? That’s highly unprofessional and indicative of the type of service they provide their clients (if they have any). This is definitely not the type of place anyone should ever reach out to. This is 2025 and electronic communications are everywhere. No reason for them to act in such a way. Update: It is very convenient for lawyers to proclaim they never saw my request in their reply to my original review above. At least have the fortitude to stand up and own your mistakes. Don’t slink behind pitiful excuses. And if your website isn’t working correctly, then get it fixed.
