My experience with Ms. Kaer was a positive one. She is quite knowledgeable and had no issue explaining the various ways I could go about my case. She’ll tell you what the law says, and how it could help and/or impact you, but will also respect any decision you make that you feel is best for you. I live in MN, but she helped with a case in CA- a daunting task without representation. At one point there was an error with submitting paperwork (not her fault) but once she knew of the error, she had it fixed in less than an hour, ensuring my mediation appointment went on as scheduled. In the end, I got the outcome I wanted.
