I called about starting an estate plan and the receptionist was very friendly and emailed me their intake form. I read through the form, filled it out, and returned it as instructed. The receptionist emailed me back and said I needed to add more contacts for POA roles. I told her that I only wanted the ones I had put on the form. She then replied with a screenshot of the instructions on the intake form where it says “highly recommended.” Yes, I can read and did read that before I filled out the form.
