Total crap! I spoke with Brenda Velde a month ago and she had all the information needed to move forward on my case to protect my mother who had dementia. We even agreed on the retainer. I haven’t heard from her since! I called the office several times asking for her and all they would do is take a message. Not a single call was returned. Meanwhile time has been wasting away on a critical civil issue. She didn’t even bother to return one single call to inform me that she isn’t moving forward with my case. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.

This firm (specifically Brenda Velde) assisted a predator in revoking a financial power of attorney for a vulnerable adult, and are continuing to enable this abuser to retain control while being their personal messenger about family matters that they have been completely misinformed about. It is unethical and likely illegal. Do not recommend.
