My husband and I have used Daintria McClure for several legal needs over the last year or so. She did our estate planning and a real estate transfer/deed. She was excellent. She has a very structured and thorough way of taking people through the estate planning process, which included worksheets and homework that really made us think about what we wanted our overall plan to be. This included not only planning for our money, but planning for our end of life directives and making sure that the appropriate people are in place to make sure these things happen. We ended up creating a trust in order to avoid our children having to deal with any court proceedings or ambiguity about our wishes. We are solidly middle class folks (don’t have a lot of money) and I think her fees were reasonable. She was honest and down to earth in our our interactions with her.
