I used him way back in 2009 for a probate matter. He did forewarn me that he hardly ever goes to probate court but should get there in the near future. After what seemed forever he returned my retainer. Oh well disappointing. I tried to get my old family friend of a Lawyer to save my life literally. He’s retired. I reached out to Dan by phone and received no call back 2 weeks ago. I will try tomorrow and update this review. I am in actual need of an attorney to push his weight around to enforce my civil, healthcare, and disability rights to return me to my proper medications, so I can travel to Transplant Center to save my life and also get transferred out of this Abusive, Neglectful SNF to a regular place. I know he doesn’t do Medical Malpractice but any Lawyer willing to help me I will cut them in on the millions I or my Estate will receive from this Mental Asylum!

I have heard the craziest stories of incompetence took it with a grain of salt then had the pleasure of experiencing the disgusting lack of representation. With the amount of money paid to him he must not use any of it on a cell phone because it’s impossible for him to return calls. I would highly recommend if you enjoy jail.
