First impressions are always right. Called this office on May 26 2021 to contract family law services. The person who answer the call was so rude (I hope it was not the lawyer) that I just decided to go some place else. I have a heavy accent and the first thing this lady tells me is “you realize you are calling a law office”? My answer was “I know I’m calling a law office I need a family lawyer.” I guess that you must have a Massachusetts accent in order to get service here. Not good! Not good at all!!! If the attorney or another legal assistance wants to help in this case I am sure you have my number on your call ID. I’m the guy that called with the 719 area code. Shameful indeed!
