I chose Joe, and his awesome staff on the recommendation of a family friend who said he is the best in SE Massachusetts. I worked closely with Dawn, who went above and beyond! She answered all of my emails, spoke with me on the phone (even on her lunch breaks), and kept me up-to-date on everything. She was great! I also worked with Tracy briefly, who was very nice and helpful as well!
