        Attorney Brian represented the sale of my home after a divorce. There is a signed order from the judge yet he is refusing to disperse the funds as the court ordered. The only reason he provided was out of fear of getting sued by the other party as she is trying to delay me from getting my money. He has a court ruling signed by me and my ex as well as a judge yet refuses to release the funds. Seems as he feels that his fear of my ex supersedes a judges orders. It makes 0 sense as he can just disperse the funds as ordered by the judge and if she does not like it she can file a motion to bring me back to court. All he needs to say is I followed the courts ruling it is what it is. Will update this post as things develop.
