Poor communication and not easy to deal with. I contacted this office for my elderly father because he wanted to update his will. I set up the initial consultation and the office was very helpful. I live out of state and requested a draft to review but they ignored my request, I called a second time and they refused to send it to me. My father made an appointment and signed the documents and paid, $1185.00. I again requested a copy to review, even though the document was already fully executed. It took days to receive a response but was told they needed my father’s permission to send me a copy. My father called, gave them permission and was told they do not mail paper copies. I had requested an email, pdf. I cannot review the quality of the documents because I haven’t seen them yet. Very disappointed, I have to drive 160 miles to get a copy. Would not recommend this office.
