I would not recommend The Pugh Law group. Went to see Rosalyn Pugh for a consultation, we were told over the phone that the fee was $250.00. When Rosalyn Pugh met us she said we were supposed to bring cash only. That was not told to us in advance. So be aware of that. And if they have to use your debit which they don’t like to they charge you a fee. Once she checked her schedule she didn’t have any other case, she put us there for our court date. So when we left she said she would email the contract to us by Friday. She didn’t so we called and Ms. Pugh said she would send the contract by the weekend. We finally got the email of the contract on Monday. Once we read what contract said and I quote “Should client(s) elect to sign this agreement without obtaining the separate legal advice, it will be interpreted as a waiver of this right.” The contract said it will impose liens on our assets and all kinds of judgements that Ms Pugh should have made us aware of before she sent the contract. So we couldn’t ask her to explain this contract she advised us to get other legal advice or we give up our rights. So we paid $253.00 for nothing. When we tried to get some clarity she said sorry I already have someone for the date she scheduled for us. This was not professional. I would not recommend her and I pray she doesn’t do this to another person.
