I consulted Shawn on a tenant issue and he seemed knowledgeable although through the conversation he seemed preocupied with other matters. It wasn’ t only my impression but we were 3 people on the line and the other person had the same impression. When i requested that he helps with the trial, his answer was that the case was too hard… Really? I offered to do all the work to evict and he had to represent me in court to get the money owed to me. Some lawyer….
