Debra Oliver handled my situation extremely poorly. She purported to have expertise in DC landlord / tenant law. Nothing could be further from the truth. She didn’t even know how to create a pdf document and evidently don’t have any staff that could provide a suitable, professional letter. I had to update her letter to correct font, content and format. After charging me a lot of money, she provided me with a letter that got thrown out in court as not being properly done. I am not a lawyer but expressed my concern, in advance of my court date, that her letter didn’t appear to be adequate. She did nothing to make it right and left me out to dry. Don’t make the same mistake I made with Debra Oliver. You can find true legal support elsewhere.
