How can I say this in a professional manner. Well, I can’t so here it goes. I put this off for way too long. This law firm and David Jackson are only there to collect a pay day if you win your SSDI case. They remind me of those big black birds that fly around looking for dead corps in the sides of roads. They were absolutely no help to my case and actually lost my case for me. I truly believe I would have been better off going in that hearing alone. I never talked to David Jackson until about a week before my hearing. I felt like we were going in with our pants down to our ankles and that’s the results we got. A big fat LOSS. As a lawyer they are suppose to represent you. I have blaintanly misplaced screws in my back that no doctor will even take me on as a patient in fear of parylizing me if removed and anyone with half a brain can see. I wanted to use my xrays as evidence as the ALJ judge doesn’t have special eyes that can see inside my body. When I pulled out the 8×10 copy of my xrays David slid them back across to the table and said we can’t use that, the ALJ will not have none of that. At that time I thought he must know what he’s is talking about. After the hearing I looked into it and X-rays are absolutley permissable in the hearing. WHY he did not use EVERY bit of evidence that we could possibly give to prove my case is beyond me and I have asked dozens of lawyers since I lost my hearing and they all could not believe not understand why he didn’t allow me to use the X-rays In my hearing. It just made absolutley no common sense. I also offered to pay out of my pocket for an independent medical evaluation or a function medical evaluation and again, I told them I would pay for everything . NOPE!! If you want representation DO NOT hire this half BUTT law firm!! You have been warned.
Little over 3 months since my surgery for an on the job injury and have heard nothing from them even after calling and sending several emails. Had to use my medical insurance because there Salisbury paralegal just couldn’t contact the companies insurance carrier. Just the worst service ever!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and Don’t Hire This Firm you will come to regret it if you do. Well it’s been another month and still not heard from them.
