I had a very nice exchange with the staff here after my physician’s office did not notify me that they were sending my small bill to collections. Both Diane and Joshua were beyond helpful in explaining things and took time to work through any confusion. Diane was personable and very kind. A good experience when often with collections you do not expect one.
