Do not ever, and I mean ever, retain Ms. Pentecost as your lawyer. She knew her client was being held without bond since November. The client’s court date was on 1/3, but she forgot, went out of town, and never told her client. Instead, she put in a motion to continue on 12/27 and filed it while she was out of town. The client found out from the CO that she was not going to court. The new court date is not until 2/6. This is ridiculous. I don’t know how she can call herself an attorney. Attorneys should not take clients if they’re not going to do their job. Cared noting about her client this has got to stop!!!
