I regret that I allowed my sister to talk me into this business services. DONNA is ver condescending, very rude, and maybe needs some coaching on what good customer services with clients look like. She’s very combative. She doesn’t follow through with pip claim reps, adjusters, etc: my case should’ve be closed. To say the least she had been the worse experience about this entire process. She isn’t empathetic, she is very much a heartless individual. I haven’t heard from Mr. Cagan directly however I hope and pray that he’s way far more professional then this women that has been telling me for the past 2-3 weeeks each week that she is reaching out to the adjuster and would let me know something. It’s very disappointing… this is a job. And she treats it like she has no customer services skills at all.
I would give more then a 5 star if I was aloud. My cousin referred me to Mr. Cagan in November when my son was in a accident. The past 5 months have been so easy working with Mr. Cagan and is paralegal Donna. They were very responsive to every email I have wrote and answered all questions including explaining to me every single detail of this process. The accident has been very hard on my family and Donna and Daniel have made it very stress free for me. I will recommend Mr. Cagan and Donna to everyone I know who is in need of there services.
