I cannot say enough about Delawter law firm in Frederick. My attorney Richard Winters was awesome. He was very concerned about my well being, provided advice far and above what I expected. If you need any legal advice, this is the firm to contact. Thank you Rick and Delawter Law Firm!!
Hiring Shondell Foster was the single worst financial decision of my life. I trusted them to handle my divorce, and instead, I was left with $50,000 in debt, zero equity from the home I purchased, and only half the child support I’m legally entitled to—despite my ex being a high earner. Their incompetence, lack of strategic thinking, and utter failure to advocate for me have had lasting financial consequences that I am still struggling to recover from.
Richard Winters is one of the most disrespectful disorganized and rude people I’ve ever had the displeasure of getting shafted by for my hard earned money. Months to prepare after he postpones my hearing and I have to fire him with a week left because he refused to do things in time (missing subpoena deadlines for potential witnesses) not issuing updated invoices, not parsing the report until 2weeks to the hearing, setting up interviews with a week left on the case, completely impersonal and never even checked all the files and documents I uploaded for him including family photos and now I’m risking getting labeled an abuser unless reason is seen – something in unfortunately short supply.
