I consulted 8 attorneys before finding Mathew Limsky. I am so fortunate that something kept me searching, and that he answered the phone himself that day. This attorney has proved to be head and shoulders above all the rest; and that’s saying a lot, as he’d be the first to express respect for the others I had seen. Mathew has extensive statutory knowledge in his area of practice, but what is equally crucial is the way he uses that knowledge – with respect for his clients’ specific concerns and with an ongoing curiosity in pursuit of the best options. He LISTENS and RESPONDS. He neither attempts to upsell nor to impress with convoluted language, and not once did he try to gaslight me or tell me to trust him blindly. He advised me against excessive edge-case thinking while never tossing out simplistic recommendations. I paid a fair price for a solid plan. You can’t beat that, and it’s surprisingly difficult to match it!
I chose Mathew Limsky after researching various estate lawyers in the area. He was the ONLY one who did not try to upsell me on products/documents that I do need. His price was reasonable and he’s easy to talk to and to work with.
Mr. Limsky loves his work and views problems as challenges. He helped me more during his no charge consolation than my previous lawyer did in 6 months. Unfortunately he decided that he was not the best fit for my case but I am very grateful for his interest.
