I had a consultation with Mr. Knust this week. He was great. Mr. Knust is very knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and offered options on how I could proceed. Mr. Knust was kind and I felt that he was interested in my concerns. I had a very pleasant experience. If I am unable to resolve my concerns at the lower level, I will definitely use his services. Thank you Mr. Knust.
I cannot speak to the firm’s skills or ability, but I will say I find it exceedingly unprofessional to apparently refuse to call me despite the fact that I left 4 messages. Also they agreed to review audio documentation for me but they never called me back and now appear to be ignoring my messages.
I hired Jac Knust to represent me in a divorce and a domestic violence case. He advertised that his office is in Columbia, but I think that is only to have it look good. All of my meetings were in a dilapidated room attached to his old house. There was a cat there at least three times trying to jump on my lap and interrupting us. When I mailed a check to his Columbia office, they didn’t even know that it was there. They said they don’t get mail at that address.
