Lloyd Eisenberg is the best most optimistic attorney I’ve ever worked with. I’m so glad I hired him. I was being told to go with someone with more experience in a case with the MD pension. I had been involved in an accident 3x on the passenger front side each time, none of my fault. When I got Mr. Lloyd Eisenberg’s name from my chiropractor the 1st accident, I immediately called him but with the other insurer’s insurance company denying my claim and me not having the evidence to support that it wasn’t my fault, I was told it would be extremely hard to fight that case. The 2nd time, the other driver didn’t have insurance, I just sucked it up and didn’t reach out to Mr. Eisenberg. I was thankful for Mr. Eisenberg’s honesty previously, so when I was hit a 3rd time (this time with my 6 yr old son in the vehicle with me) on the same side and my vehicle was deemed total, I had the evidence I needed and the other insurer’s insurance company, State Farm (SF) admitted fault I decided to call Mr. Eisenberg. I did so as, SF was still trying to treat me unfairly, so I knew I needed to call Mr. Eisenberg. He got me a better settlement for me and my son, than what SF offering in the beginning.

With all the physical pain I went through because of my accident.
