I would like to say that this office is a wonderful establishment but my experience with them has been subpar at best. They have frequently requested the same information from me and have remained unresponsive for weeks at a time. They blamed their lack of communication and unprofessional conduct on an employee that was recently fired. Then continued the same pattern of behavior for the duration of my probate estate. It seems that they don’t fully address my concerns or take me seriously. I wish them all the best but I will no longer be working with them.
