I had a very poor experience
I called on June 18, 2024 to inquire about a potential case. I have never been involved in any legal matter in my life— so this was my first time ever consulting with an attorney. I was welcomed by a lovely representative named Brian who then transferred me to Adam Van Grack. Adam was immediately condescending, rude, and disrespectful. I tried to inform Adam that I thought a consultation answered my questions and addressed the validity of my potential case, he didn’t let me finish a single thought. He constantly cut me off, treated me as if I were incompetent, and was extremely abrasive in his tone from inception.
I have known Mr. Van Grack for the better part of two decades and know him to be as honest and competent as any attorney I’ve been associated with. He stepped in at an awkward time to assist me in clearing up a very sticky situation with my personal identity and instead of the 8 weeks I had been told it would take I had my ID restored in less than 48 hours. I’d recommend Mr. Van Grack and his firm without hesitation for any of the specifics they have expertise in.
