Casey Weinberg Florance, an attorney based in Bethesda, Maryland, specializes in family law and trial cases. Reviewers highlight her ability to handle complex and contentious situations with professionalism, emphasizing her calm demeanor and strategic approach in court. While some comments reflect concerns about drama and inefficiency, many appreciate her dedication to uncovering the truth and advocating for her clients’ best interests during challenging divorce proceedings.
Casey helped me with a very contentious and complex case against an aggressive and hostile party. I was the wronged and faithful one with solid evidence, yet the other side put out very aggressive demands for the divorce related to asset allocation and custody, along with awful behavior of destruction of evidence and perjury; all the while throwing out baseless accusations to muddy the waters and confuse the court. Casey and her co-counsel Emily calmly handled the adverse situations, and knew the right professionals to engage to bring the truth and merit clearly to the court for this case.
She keeps up a lot of drama through her untruths, bias, & exaggerations. If you want someone who will make the divorce process inefficient, well she’s a good match. She delays & drives up hours to make money, but really two people moving on with their like should be simple. If you have a lawyer like this who adds confusion, it’s not necessary & so you fire them. To me a good divorce attorney should be someone who is ethical professional & gets the job done without the excessive drama. They shouldn’t play on people’s emotions & inflict more pain. If your spouse has Casey, expect drama & she may even try to collude with your attorney behind your back. Make the choice to fight against Casey’s duplicitous ways with the news, laws, etc. She shouldn’t be practicing with her bias & low ethical standards. She makes the point of letting you know that she has influence in the courts. This to me again shows an attorney with low morals. Again, divorce is a process where two people are moving on. She helped my wife steal my car. I was upset but again. I realized that this attorney likes drama & inflicting harm.
