My husband’s grandmother used them to represent her estate when she passed & it has been one giant mess! If you love your family, DO NOT trust these people with your estate. There has absolutely ZERO communication throughout this process. We had to call them to ask when checks were going to be mailed since the woman in charge has blocked all of the beneficiaries phone numbers so the ONLY way to get any information is by contacting this lawyer who seems to always be out of the office. We received a message saying we would get a call when the checks were mailed since we’ve been having issues with our mail being delivered to the wrong box. They never called us back to let us know when the checks were mailed but thankfully I signed up for informed delivery because they were sent certified mail (requiring a signature) & they did not think that was important information to share with the beneficiaries. Seriously, use any other lawyer for your estate planning if you want your family to have a peaceful experience after you’re gone.
A Very honest Law firm,they advised me to use my homeowners insurance to cover my case when during other interviews with other lawyers they never mentioned it or shrugged about the idea so for this reason I will not shop anywhere else
