Allen Schuldenfrei is a long time neighbor, a friend of mine recently had a consult with him about taxes. He is a brilliant man, who is very practical. He also has great integrity.
Mr Schuldenfrei did represent me recently for a DUI case in Harford county MD. I had high expectations as Allen portrayed himself to be an experienced defense lawyer. Unfortunately I was disappointed in his counsel. Not in the fact that I received a punishment for the unlawful act I committed. I take full responsibility for my actions, and honestly I was prepared for it. He was a very nice guy, but I needed more aggressiveness. Maybe it was an off day for him. My advice is to do the proper research when seeking counsel for any time you’re going before the judicial system. By no means am I trying to disparage Mr Schuldenfrei. Just relaying my experience on that day.
